30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to request assistance regarding your purchase.
To be eligible for a return or other resolution, items should be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused where applicable, with tags attached and in their original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase or your order number will be required.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers requesting a return may be responsible for a flat return processing and shipping fee of CHF 19.99 per return request.
This fee does not apply in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To provide the fastest and most convenient solution for our customers, Fashion Boutique London generally resolves eligible issues through replacements, refunds, store credit, or our Keep & Reorder option, rather than requiring customers to ship products internationally.
Keep & Reorder Option
For sizing issues, colour preferences, or similar concerns, customers may be offered the opportunity to keep the original item and reorder the correct size, colour, or preferred variant with a 65% discount applied to the replacement item.
This approach allows customers to avoid lengthy international return shipping times and receive the correct item much faster.
The Keep & Reorder option is offered at the sole discretion of Fashion Boutique London and may not be available for all products or situations.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that processing or fulfilment has not already begun.
After this period, cancellation requests may not be possible as orders may already have entered processing or shipment preparation stages.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photographs showing the problem.
Depending on the situation, Fashion Boutique London may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

Exchanges

For customers located within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact our support team within the applicable period.
Where legally required, Fashion Boutique London will provide instructions for the appropriate resolution process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, any applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days following approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
